The Seashore Inn … on the Beach is a 54-room, oceanfront inn. Paul took over property management duties for this 30+ year old, distressed hotel in March 1998. Very significant capital improvements have been completed from increased income, while paying off all long-term debt and increasing distributions to owners. Revenue has increased by 83 percent and gross operating profit by 84 percent since takeover.
