This resort complex includes the 92-room Best Western Icicle Inn, J.J. Hills Restaurant and Wine Bar, Icicle Junction Activities Center, Junction Cinema, Therapeutic Touch Spa and Wellness Center, and Icicle Village Resort Condominiums (34 units), all on a 7.5-acre site in Leavenworth, WA.

Paul has been part owner and served as the property manager for the resort since the opening of the limited service, 65-room Best Western hotel in 1992. He planned and oversaw expansion of the operation to a full-service resort complex, including development of the Junction Cinema, J.J. Hills Restaurant and Wine Bar, and Icicle Village Resort Condominiums.

The Icicle Inn consistently achieves favorable guest reviews and quality control reviews from Best Western, has a stable and empowered core management team, and very satisfied owners. The Aspen Suites were completed within one percent of their construction cost budget.
