Hotel Investment
Golden Hospitality Group is actively seeking hotel investment
opportunities in the western United States, either through joint
venture or whole ownership. Our goal is to assemble a small
collection of distinctive hospitality projects that offer memorable
experiences to our guests and employees, while providing a
reasonable return on investment to the owners. We are attracted to
the opportunity to create value through operational improvements,
repositioning, renovation, or redevelopment.
Our typical structure involves joint venture with a hotel owner who
has great pride of ownership and business skills, but is not
experienced in hotel operations. We typically complete a detailed
profit improvement plan for the hotel. Starting with a consulting
assignment allows the parties to get to know one and their
operational and ownership philosophies in order to see if they can
work together in a mutually beneficial manner. Once the assignment
is completed, GHG typically has the option to purchase a partial
interest in the hotel at a pre-determined price. This approach
allows the owner some immediate liquidity, relief of direct
management responsibility, and participation in the future upside of
the hotel while retaining pride of owership.
GHG also provides opportunities for high net worth individuals and
institutions to participate with GHG in various hotel investments.
Potential investments are carefully underwritten to maximize
potential returns while minimizing risk. Since GHG funds are at risk
along with investor funds, we are extremely selective in pursuing
hotel investments. For more information on our investor program,
