This ocean view inn has 35 rooms each with a private, ocean view balcony, gas fireplace, and upgraded amenities. The Inn also includes a coffee and espresso shop, and art gallery, leased to third parties. 

Paul M. Jinneman has been part owner of the Inn since July 2003 and took over property management responsibilities in February 2004. Net income before management fees increased by almost $400,000 in FY July 2006 from a loss in calendar year 2002. The market value of the Inn has doubled since July 2003. This was accomplished through a combination of leadership changes, revenue enhancement strategies, and cost containment.

Paul now serves in an asset management role for the Inn, subsequent to formation of Kiwanda Hospitality Group (partially owned) in August 2006. KHG serves in a property management role for the Inn, the award winning Pelican Pub & Brewery, ShorePine Village vacation homes, and an 18-unit fractional condominium project in Pacific City known as The Cottages at Cape Kiwanda.
