Asset Management
GHG assists hotel owners by providing asset management services, either through oversight of an outside hotel management company or an on-site general manager. We serve as the owners educated “eyes and ears” to ensure the hotel is being properly managed and protected, and to proactively identify and communicate value enhancement opportunities.
Our key advantage is our practical experience and industry knowledge. The principals of GHG successfully own and operate hotels for their own account. We know what needs to be done to implement theory and recommendations, because we’ve been there ourselves, with our own capital at risk. Thus, our clients benefit not only from our years of investment advisory experience and market knowledge, but also from our practical knowledge derived from actually owning and operating hotels.
