
Golden Hospitality Group, LLC is a northwest based Hospitality Investment Advisory firm offering asset management, hotel investment, and general consulting services.
Paul M. Jinneman, who has approximately 30 years experience in hotel ownership, management, and consulting, founded the firm and serves as its Managing Member.
Paul brings an unusual and very strong combination of leadership, financial, marketing, and property development skills to each project he undertakes.
He is very skilled at seeing the big picture, fully seeing and evaluating all alternatives, testing assumptions, seeing all sides of an issue, and selecting the best route. He is well known for his very high integrity.
The following core values are brought to each project, be it hotel ownership, asset management, or consulting:
- Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Applies to guests, fellow employees, owners, lenders, and the community that supports the hotel.
- Being different, in a positive (fine) manner, is what allows a hotel to offer memorable guest experiences and market itself in a distinctive way. Ways a hotel can offer memorable guest experiences include service level, unique physical plant, a location that has a sense of place (natural beauty), or brand.
- Strong team members are what make a hotel succeed. Hire the best and reward accordingly; train and then train some more so that team members are empowered to take care of guest expectations; honest reviews help people grow personally and professionally; attitude is a decision – strive for 100% enthusiasm; and under performers and those who undermine the team will be required to move on.
- Always strive to make things better today than they were yesterday. Not growing and improving means you are stagnating and dying.
